As we move ahead, we gather critical information about your current status, your goals, and your criteria for success. This gives us the information we need to develop a proposed curriculum and schedule best suited for you and your employees.
3. Scheduling and Implementation
We roll out the planned classes to meet your intended schedule. Considerations are taken with regard to tax season, college entry time, and retirement needs of your employees.
4. One-On-One Sessions
Any employees desiring additional sessions with our counselors can schedule them to meet their needs.
5. Post-Session Assessments and Future Planning
Did we meet your needs? Is there additional education required? Would you like to plan sessions for later? All of these issues are addressed in the post-session sum up.
